East Side
On the other side of the city in east London is a tiny little scruffy old thrift store. They occasionally have sales, for example once they had a deal where everything was only £, which is kinda insane. Today and for the next four days they are having what they call thriftstock and loads of clothes are in a deal where you pay £10 for a bag and can have whatever you can fit in it. So me and Saskia went down to meet some of my other friends who had gone earlier. We didn't get anything but the others did. We then walked down to Brick Lane, this is a very quirky part of London, very artsy, there are loads of vintage stores, pop up stores, and markets down there. The area is also well known for the street art that is covering almost all visible spaces. It is just a really cool place to explore, you never know what you will find or what will be going on.
I wore my little play suit from Urban Outfitters with a denim button up underneath. I then got a little piece of black ribbon and tied a bow under the collar. Over it I wore my dads junior high sports jackets and my coat but I took it off for the photos. And then finally my hear shaped sunglasses because it was actually a tiny bit sunny today!

Paul Smith Exhibition
At the design musuem in London there is a Paul Smith exhibition running and of course me and Sassy had to go see it! And that is what we did today. It seemed like quite the mission to get to the dang musuem. First of all I was running a little late, then I could not find Sas at Waterloo station, then we were so busy talking we almost missed our stop, well I say almost because Saskia jumped off the tube right as the doors were beeping (the doors beep to let you know there about to close, and when you here that noise and you are about to enter or exit it is the most frightful experience, you run the risk of being smushed between the doors) and she landed safely on the platform. I however was left on the train as the doors closed I watched Saskia slowly disappear laughing her head off it was an emotional moment for me, I felt like a child being left by their parent on a train. I laughed so hard I nearly peed my trousers, for real. I turned around slowly to face the judging crowd of Londoners expecting the worst, so I was surprised to see them all smile and laugh with me.
well once i got back to Saskia at London Bridge station we had to walk a ways along the Thames. Then by some miracle we made it! Got our cute little pink tickets and went to see the exhibition. Boy oh boy it was totally worth £10. Paul Smith's personality and style is what makes his work come to life the way they do. There was a large display of just some of his collection of prints, photographs, and paintings. It covered the wall from top to bottom and they were all framed in different frames, I thought this was absolutely perfect and now want to frame all of my posters and photographs and hang them all over my walls instead of using crappy old blue tak.
Here are some photos from inside the exhibition.
Afterwards we went for coffees, pasta, smoothies, and yummy little treats! It was a marvelous outing and an incredible exhibition.
But what did we wear you ask, well just continue to scroll and you shall find out.
Saskia's Outfit;
Bag - DAY Birger et Mikkelsen
Coat - Vera Moda

Jeans - Primark
Madi's Outfit;
Jump suit - Uurban Outfiters (on sale!)
Button up shirt - Community Charity Shop (one of my favourites)

This was the adorable road that the museum was at the end of. This part of London is fancy shmancy. The road is called Shad Road just so you know.
And that was all we got up too! It is always lovely being in the city center at night, so pretty.

Hermes S/S 14
Today we're going to talk about Hermes new line for spring and summer 2014! I personally have never been all that into Hermes before but this season is something quite delicious. The whole line is very sharp and put together. There is also a refreshing air about it with the flowy baggy fit and bright colours, and head to toe floral (of course) three things I love. The collection is truly stunning.

| I would so wear this! It looks so beautiful and free spirited. And of it even looks comfortable. |

| I respect anyone who wears bright orange! Flawless! Orange is hands down the perfect summer colour. |

Adopt bright yellows and oranges into your wardrobe for spring and summer, but also contrast with a touch of nudes, pastels, and soft tones.
Which is your favourite?
That's all for now. TaTa x

Madi wears; Dorthy Perkins:coat, New Look:shoes, HandM:bag
So Urban Outfiters was having a buy one get one free deal on all sale items..WHAT! Yeah, excellent marketing or what. So I totally bought stuff. I spent £15 and got a little paisley play suit or romper depending on where you live and what you call it and then I got a full black jumpsuit for free, BARGIN!
My friends and I are obsessed with American Horror Story and this season is Coven. The witches in the show have such on point style. We love the all black sophisticated look. Inspired by their wardrobes Sahr and I bought matching wide brim black floppy hats. To say the least we were excited.
I fully endorse the big floppy hat! Seriously if you don't have one go get one, they somehow can make any outfit (even Pj's) look well put together.
That's all for now folks, TaTa x

SASSY IS HERE!!!
Hello, hola, bonjour!
I am this mysterious new blogger, here to add some new perspectives onto this fabulous blog.
I decided that the best way to introduce myself would be to present to you darling people one of my favourite designers and a collection. This'll give you a helpful insight into my fashion and an insight into me! (As cheesy as that sounds).
But just quickly some basic information... My name is Saskia, I'm 17 and going into Uni this year. I will be studying art foundation, strongly focusing on fashion of course, and i live in London. Taadaa all done, now onto the exciting part.

Zuhair Murad Fall 2013 Haute Couture
Oh jeeze, do i even need to say anything! I mean lets just take a moment to look at these stunning dresses... I can honestly say that each one takes my breath away. Theres a sultry sophistication that Murad just seems to get on point with his designs which is completely contradictory to other couture designers like Christophe Josse and Ulyana Sergeenko. I mean you could put on any of these dresses and look both sexy AND classy as hell. Lets just put it this way.... If i could be buried in any dress in the world, it would be one of his.
This image here is a prime example of Murad’s unique style. The dress itself is remarkable, using the placement of the gold to add dimension and movement to the gown. This gives a sensational reality to the dress, and by this i mean it seems as if the model is draped in glitter and not fabric. Although the presentation of skin is sparse, the areas that are being shown are particularly riskaaay.
Wow i realise that was probably not the most exciting paragraph! But hey i can get a bit carried away sometimes (Fashion BTEC student right here people) Anyway words can barely do this collection justice so i'm just going to leave it here and let you finally go! Hope this was a helpful introduction :D
Talk to you soon Maddi minions <3 xxx
Last night i slept with the coconut oil in my hair and washed it out this morning, my hair feels refreshed for sure but it took a lot of work to get it out.
Anyway today i went to Ikea to buy some fake flowers for a project and ended up buying a little pink candle cage thing too. It is really cute. I am going to use it to store my soap collection (by soap collection I mean the one bar of soap I bought in Covent Garden months ago, it smells like Cinnamon)
My flowers looked so cute popping out of my little pink tote on my way home!
Isn't it just the sweetest looking thing you ever did see.
That's all i got today!
