How to survive school, when school is trying to destroy you

So sometimes, well most of the time, school is synonymous with hell. It slowly engulfs you till your are in so deep every wall around you and every corner of your mind is overflowing with numbers, facts, and words. And then promptly following this comes the breakdowns and tears. So I have devised a few simple steps and ideas to try and keep your head above the water as best you can


1. My first essential whenever sitting down to do some school work is a nice cuppa tea. Tea is relaxing, calming, and has enough caffeine to keep you going.

And you know what, you might as well use you cutest tea cups just for morale

TeaTip; If you take sugar always remember that the amount you want will change depending on what cup you are using. If you use a tea cup you will want alot less than if you use a mug as their volume is quite smaller.

2. Organize yourself, make a plan and make lists. It is always nice when you can check everything off your lists. But don't beat your self up if you don't quite manage to accomplish everything on your list. Invest in a planner or just use paper but if you organize your life you will feel so much better.

  3.  Take time off. Give your self some time to relax and get your mind off school. I like to finish my work and then read a book or watch some TV or a movie. This free relaxing time once you're done gives you something to work towards and also gives your mind some time to cool down. Right now i am reading Duma Key By Stephen King which is incredible and so hooking,  and Franny and Zooey By J.D Salinger.


4. And finally my last tip is SLEEP. Sleep is a no brainer, just sleep, get rest then you will be ready for the next day to get lots of stuff done!
